EvaCore products for real estate offices and developers

EvaCore is an Arabic-first platform that combines an AI sales assistant, customer management and team tools for brokerages and developers in Saudi Arabia. Its products fall into seven families, from Eva on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok to property management and the developer platform. Some are included in both plans, some are add-ons, and some are quoted by our team.

The products here are arranged by what your office does every day, not by technical department names. They start with answering a new customer, move on to organising your leads and listings, then managing your team, then growth and follow-up, and finish with what a developer or a property-management office needs.

The Eva family covers the AI assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. She helps your team answer customers, qualify them and book viewings, while every conversation stays visible to your staff and any of them can step in at any time. The CRM family is the base of every plan: a shared inbox, leads and a sales pipeline, listings, a calendar for viewings, roles and permissions, and performance analytics.

Team tools are included in the Agency plan: teams and regions, lead distribution across your agents, a call-center queue, audit history and outgoing webhooks. The Office suite is an add-on you pick at sign-up if you need HR, leave, commissions and expenses, and it is included in the Enterprise plan. The Growth family adds broadcasts, automatic follow-up, viewing reminders and a welcome message for leads that come from your ads.

The developer platform runs on the Enterprise plan: projects and brochures, unit inventory, reservations and deposits, a broker portal and a buyer portal. Property Care is a separate product for maintenance requests and vendors, priced by the number of units you manage. Prices and limits appear on each product page and on the pricing page, and both read the same catalogue that billing uses.

This page is only an index of what we sell. Open the family that matters to you to read what each product does step by step, what it does not do, and what stays with your staff. If you are unsure where to begin, the Solo or Agency plan covers the basics and you can add the rest later as your office needs it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between included products and add-ons?
Included products work with the Solo or Agency plan at no extra charge, such as the shared inbox, leads, listings and calendar. Add-ons are chosen at sign-up and billed monthly, such as an extra WhatsApp number, an extra Instagram account or the Office suite. A few products are quoted by our team, such as the Enterprise platform and Property Care.
Where should a small office start?
Start with the Solo plan if you work alone, or the Agency plan if you have a team. Both include Eva, the customer-management tools, listings and the calendar. After that you add only what you need; there is no need to buy every family.
Do all the products run together in one system?
Yes, every product runs on the same account and the same data, so a customer Eva answers shows up in the shared inbox and then in your sales pipeline. Some products need a particular plan or activation by our team, and each product page says so.
Can a real estate developer use the same products?
Yes, although a developer usually needs the Enterprise plan, which adds projects, units, reservations and portals. The developer page lists every module and what it does, and only the modules you choose are switched on, so you never pay for one that is off.
Where do I find the price and limits of each product?
The price and limits sit on each product's own page, and the pricing page gathers them in one table. The numbers come from the same catalogue that billing reads, so one page never disagrees with another.
Are WhatsApp template fees part of these prices?
No, WhatsApp template fees are charged by Meta to your office's own WhatsApp account, and EvaCore never charges them. If you use products that send broadcasts or follow-ups, those fees will appear on your Meta account.
