Properties: Aqar import and public pages

Properties is your office's inventory, read by Eva and your team. Add it by hand or import it from your public Aqar office page; each listing gets a public page. The cap is 100 listings on Solo and 500 on Agency, with extra packs chosen at sign-up and activated by our team. An import reads 20 ads at most.

What is it?

It is the Properties page plus the Aqar integrations page. You add a listing with a form covering type, purpose, location, price, area, advertising licence number and photos, or you paste your office's Aqar page link so your ads are read and stored with you. What you publish shows on a public page per listing and on your office's public profile, and Eva builds her answers on it.

Who is it for?

  • An office with ads on the Aqar platform that wants to bring them into its own system at once without retyping every listing.
  • A broker who wants a clean link per listing to send a customer on WhatsApp, showing photos, price and licence number.
  • An owner who wants Eva to know the office's listings so she answers customers from what is actually available, not from guesswork.
  • An office receiving owner submissions on WhatsApp that wants to accept a listing after agreeing terms with the owner, not before.

What problem does it solve?

  • Listings are scattered across platforms, spreadsheets and phone photos, so the team does not know which ones are available now.
  • Eva knows no listing until it enters your inventory, and she tells the customer honestly that nothing is on offer.
  • An ad with no advertising licence number is a compliance gap the owner should see at first glance.
  • A sold or rented listing stays visible to customers and wastes everyone's time.

How it works, step by step

  1. Open Properties and press add, then fill in the name, type (villa, apartment, floor, land, shop, commercial office, warehouse or commercial land), purpose, location and price.
  2. Add the specifications that appear for the type, such as bedrooms, bathrooms and building age for a villa, street width and frontage for land, then upload photos and enter the advertising licence number.
  3. Or open Integrations, then the Aqar platform, paste your office page link starting with sa.aqar.fm/user/, and press Import. Only the owner can run the import.
  4. Wait about a minute for a full office: the system reads the office page and then each ad with a half-second pause between requests, taking title, price, area, district, coordinates and photos, and removing phone numbers from the description.
  5. Read the import report: new, updated, photos, failed, became unavailable, numbers removed. If your office has more ads on Aqar than the system could read, the gap shows in a permanent notice.
  6. On the listing cards filter by purpose, type and order, search by name or location, and watch for the amber No ad licence chip so you can complete the number.
  7. Press Copy property link to take the listing's public page and send it to a customer, or hide the listing from your public profile and it carries a Hidden badge.
  8. If owners send listings over WhatsApp you will find them under Owner submissions, hidden from customers and from Eva until you press Accept or Decline.
  9. Change a listing's status to Sold or Rented when the deal closes, and re-sync from Integrations when your Aqar ads change.

What is included

  • Adding and editing listings by hand with a form that changes by property type, with photos and the advertising licence number.
  • Card or list view, search, filters and ordering by newest or price.
  • Import and re-sync from your office's page on the Aqar platform, with a link from each listing back to its original ad.
  • A public page per available listing showing photos, the price or Contact for price, the licence number and the office's WhatsApp button.
  • A public office profile with its own link showing the office identity and its available listings.
  • Hiding a listing from the public profile without deleting it.
  • Accepting or declining owner submissions that arrive on WhatsApp before they show to any customer.
  • A usage meter on the billing page comparing your listing count with your plan's cap.

Limits and fair use

  • The cap is 100 listings on Solo and 500 on Agency. At the cap, adding a listing stops with a message asking you to upgrade, and 250-listing packs are chosen at sign-up and activated by our team.
  • The import reads your office's public page on the Aqar platform, which shows no more than 20 ads. If you have more we tell you the difference, and no ads are marked unavailable in that case because what we could not see is not necessarily gone.
  • This reads a public page of your office; it is not an official integration or a partnership, and the import pauses between requests out of respect for Aqar's servers. It reads up to 10 photos per ad.
  • The public page shows available listings only, and hidden listings do not appear even by direct link.
  • Anything the system does not import, or fails to import, appears in the report and you add it by hand.
  • Import and re-sync are owner-only.

Frequently asked questions

Why did the system import only 20 ads from my office?
Because your office's public page on the Aqar platform serves no more than 20 ads and there is no public route to the rest. The system shows the gap between your advertised count and what it read in a permanent notice, and you add the rest by hand or with the form.
Will my customers see brokers' phone numbers from the ad description?
No. On import, phone numbers are removed from the description, and any description where a possible number survives is refused for storage. The import report shows how many numbers were removed.
Does re-sync delete my listings if an ad disappears from Aqar?
It does not delete; it marks the listing Unavailable if the system saw your whole office page and did not find it. If you have more ads than it could read, it marks no ad as unavailable.
Who sees a listing's public page and what does it show?
Anyone with the link, as long as the listing is available and not hidden. It shows photos, specifications and price, or Contact for price when no price is published, plus the advertising licence number and the office's WhatsApp button.
What happens to a listing an owner sent over WhatsApp?
It lands in Owner submissions, hidden from customers and from Eva. Nobody sees it until you press Accept, and the point is to accept after agreeing terms and signing with the owner, or to decline.
Is there an embed code to show listings inside my own website?
This page does not offer a ready-made embed tool. What exists today is a public page per listing with a link, and a public office profile with its own link that you put on your site or in your messages.
