Full white-label platform: EvaCore under your name
The full white-label platform is a copy of EvaCore shown on an address of your own, a subdomain of evacore.io, with your name, logo and colours in place of EvaCore's. Our team sets it up after you agree a quote, and it is priced by quote. WhatsApp connects through a shared page that carries your logo.
What is it?
The white-label platform makes your staff and customers see your name on every screen that concerns them. Each tenant has an identity record holding the name in Arabic and English, two logos for light and dark backgrounds, the tab icon, the primary and accent colours, the email sender name, and the share and sign-in images. A tenant with no identity record sees EvaCore as it is.

- A company or group that wants to offer the platform to its offices or branches under its own name rather than EvaCore's.
- An organisation whose team should open one address of its own to sign in.
- A large office that sends its staff account emails (welcome, invitations, password reset) and does not want EvaCore's name in them.
- Anyone who needs interest pages, brochures and buyer portals to appear on its own address.

How it works, step by step
- Ask for a quote through the enterprise form and tick the full white-label platform among the products you are interested in.
- Give our team your identity materials: the name in Arabic and English, the two logos, the two colours and the tab icon.
- Our team sets up your office's identity record and the address your team will open, once you agree the quote.
- Your staff open the address and find the sign-in and registration pages under your name, logo and colours, with your tab title and icon.
- An administrator connects a WhatsApp number from the apps page, and the platform moves them to the shared connect page painted in your logo and colour.
- After connecting, the user returns to your address automatically, and the link expires because it works once and lasts ten minutes.
- Password-reset emails go out under the sender name you chose rather than EvaCore's.
- Interest, financing and event pages and buyer portals open on your address and show only your office's data.

Limits and fair use
- The price is a quote from our team after the scope is agreed; it is not a plan you sign up for yourself.
- EvaCore does not charge for WhatsApp templates; any WhatsApp per-message fees fall on your office's own WhatsApp account.
- Connecting WhatsApp always goes through one shared page, not a separate setup per tenant.
- With no identity record the user sees EvaCore as it is and nothing breaks.
- Changing the identity does not change the plan; seat and conversation limits stay as your plan sets them. Other emails, such as the daily digest, bookings and billing, still go out as EvaCore, and the primary colour is applied to buttons only when it is dark enough for white text.

Office branding is a feature that shows only your office's name in the sidebar in place of the generic "Eva AI" label, with no logo or colours, and it is included in Agency and an optional add-on on Solo. Without it the sidebar shows "Eva AI". It does not rename the whole platform: your logo, colours, sign-in address, outgoing email and WhatsApp connect page under your name come with the full white-label platform, a service priced by quote from our team. The add-on has a monthly price on Solo and is not needed by anyone on Agency.
- Do I need office branding if I am on Agency?
- No. Office branding is included in Agency, so you do not buy it separately. On Solo you choose it as an add-on at sign-up, at SAR 199 / month a month.
Frequently asked questions
- Will my staff see EvaCore's name anywhere?
- On your address EvaCore's name does not appear in the tab title, the tab icon or the sign-in and registration pages; your name and logo do. The shared WhatsApp connect page carries your logo and colour while connecting, and some platform emails, such as the daily digest, bookings and billing, still go out as EvaCore.
- What if I have not set up the identity yet?
- The platform runs with EvaCore's own brand if your office has no identity record. Nothing breaks, and your name appears once the record is created.
- How does WhatsApp connect work on a branded platform?
- The administrator presses connect-WhatsApp on the apps page and moves to a shared page carrying your logo and colour. After connecting they return to your address, and the link works once and for ten minutes only.
- Do the platform's emails go out under my name?
- Welcome, invitation and password-reset emails go out under the sender name you set in the identity record, or under the product name if you set none. The sending address remains the platform's, and other emails stay EvaCore's.
- How much does the white-label platform cost?
- The price is set by a quote from our team after we discuss scope, and the starting figure is shown on the pricing page. That is why it has no direct buy button.
- Does this change where my data is stored?
- No. Changing the identity does not change hosting. In-Kingdom hosting is a separate service requested by quote, and it has its own page.
