Broadcasts: one offer to your leads on WhatsApp

Broadcasts is an EvaCore feature that lets the office owner write one offer and send it from the office WhatsApp number to all leads, or one lead status, once WhatsApp approves the template. It sends in batches within the daily cap and skips opt-outs. Included in both plans; Meta bills template fees to your own account.

What is it?

When your office writes to a customer who has not messaged in the last 24 hours, WhatsApp only accepts an approved template. So every broadcast in EvaCore is a marketing-category template: you write the text, it goes to WhatsApp for review straight away, the verdict reaches you by email and in the app, and sending then starts automatically or on your click.

Who is it for?

  • An owner with new units in one district who wants every interested lead told in one go.
  • An office reviving leads in the «جديد» or «تم التواصل» status with an end-of-month offer.
  • A manager who wants one consistent message in the office's voice instead of each agent writing their own.
  • An office that connected its number through Zernio and wants sends to come from the number customers already know.

What problem does it solve?

  • A manual message to dozens of leads eats team time and drifts in wording from agent to agent.
  • WhatsApp refuses a free-form message once the 24-hour window has closed, so the office needs an approved template.
  • Nobody knows who received it, whose send failed and who opted out, so people are messaged twice or against their wishes.
  • Bulk sending that ignores the number's daily cap can strain the office's WhatsApp number.

How it works, step by step

  1. Connect your office number through Zernio on the «إعداد واتساب» (WhatsApp setup) page; only the owner can open the Broadcasts page.
  2. Open Broadcasts and write an internal title customers never see (up to 80 characters) and the message (up to 900 characters).
  3. Switch on «Personalize with the customer's name» if you want the greeting «مرحباً {name}،»; customers with no known name are greeted as «عميلنا العزيز».
  4. Pick the audience: all customers or one of the lead statuses in your account. You see the recipient count before sending, with duplicates and opt-outs already removed.
  5. Check the «What the customer receives» preview; the line «للإيقاف أرسل: إيقاف» is added for you. Then press «Submit for review».
  6. The status becomes «In WhatsApp review»; WhatsApp decides how long review takes, and it can take up to 24 hours. The verdict reaches you by email and as an in-app notification.
  7. On «Approved» sending starts automatically within a minute, or press «Send now» if you turned auto-send off. You can «Cancel» before it finishes.
  8. Follow progress under «Your broadcasts»: sent and failed counts. Each message also appears in the inbox with the sender «رسالة جماعية», so your team handles the replies.

What is included

  • A composer with a live preview and a recipient counter before you send.
  • The template goes to WhatsApp for review the moment you save, with an email and in-app notice of the verdict.
  • Automatic sending after approval, or manual with the «Send now» button.
  • A per-recipient record that stops the same message reaching the same number twice.
  • Exclusion of opted-out customers, duplicate numbers and the office's own line.
  • Clear statuses: in review, approved, rejected, sending, sent, cancelled.

Limits and fair use

  • Only the owner creates, sends and cancels broadcasts, because they reach every customer of the office.
  • Nothing is sent before WhatsApp approves. If it refuses the template the status shows «Rejected» with the reason when WhatsApp gives one, and you write a new text.
  • Daily sending follows your number's WhatsApp limit; when we do not know it we assume 250 messages per 24 hours, and the rest continues the next day.
  • A lead added through a website form, an event page, a broker or a Zendesk import joins the audience only after that number has written to your office on WhatsApp.
  • Nobody who sent «إيقاف» or one of the recognised opt-out phrases is messaged again; the customer is flagged and receives no further broadcasts.
  • The curly braces { } are removed from your text because they are template syntax, and the text cannot exceed 900 characters.
  • AI does not write the offer for you; you write it, and your team answers whoever responds.

What others bill you

  • WhatsApp marketing-template fees are billed by Meta directly to your office's own WhatsApp account; EvaCore never charges them and takes no cut.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I send an ordinary bulk message without a template?
WhatsApp only lets an office start a conversation outside the 24-hour window with an approved template. So your text becomes a marketing template that goes to review the moment you save it, and sending only begins once WhatsApp approves.
How long does WhatsApp take to approve a broadcast?
WhatsApp decides how long review takes, it can take up to 24 hours, and we cannot promise a shorter time. The page shows «In WhatsApp review», and the verdict reaches you by email and as an in-app notification when it is issued.
Can a customer receive the same message twice?
No, because every broadcast keeps a record per number that is claimed before the send, so a number already claimed is never sent again. Duplicate numbers are removed. The one edge case is that a single message can be lost if the system stops at the exact moment of sending, and it is not retried.
How does a customer stop receiving broadcasts?
They reply with the word «إيقاف» that is added to the foot of every message. The customer is flagged and is left out of every later audience, as are recognised phrases such as «إلغاء الاشتراك» when sent on their own.
Can I send to just one group of customers?
Yes. You choose «All customers» or one of the lead statuses in your account, and each option shows how many people will actually receive it after duplicates and opt-outs are removed.
What happens when my number reaches WhatsApp's daily limit?
Sending pauses and resumes the next day without repeating anyone who already received it. WhatsApp sets the number's limit; we assume 250 messages per 24 hours when it is not known to us.
