Eva speed-to-lead calls: Eva phones each new lead and books the viewing
Eva speed-to-lead calls are a feature where Eva phones a new lead who consented to contact, qualifies them and books the viewing. She calls only sources with recorded consent, in your hours, up to a daily cap. It is a paid monthly add-on our team enables for your office; calls go out from a number our team connects.
What is it?
A customer who fills in your website form or books a launch-day visit is most interested soon after registering. This feature has Eva phone them while that interest is fresh, ask what they want, search your listings, offer slots from your calendar and book one. If they ask for a person, she alerts your staff. What happens on the call appears in a clear log on your dashboard.
Who is it for?
- An office or developer that gets leads from the website form or the financing calculator and wants them spoken to while still interested.
- A team running a launch day that registers visitors with their consent and wants their visits confirmed without staff dialling each one.
- A brokerage working with other agents through the broker portal that wants to follow up leads whose agent confirmed consent.
- An owner who wants to see every call, every outcome and who got a viewing booked, in one place.
What problem does it solve?
- A lead not called in the first minutes cools down and may contact another office.
- Your staff are busy at viewings and meetings, or outside normal answering hours.
- Phoning every form by hand eats your sales team's time.
- Calling without recorded consent, or a number that is not the form-filler's, can embarrass your office.
How it works, step by step
- The EvaCore team switches the module on for your office and connects the outbound calling number, and the Eva speed-to-lead page appears for you as owner.
- Open Settings and enter the voice agent ID that starts with agent_, then check the Readiness list to see what is still missing.
- Choose the lead sources: website form, launch day or broker portal.
- Set the calling hours and days within what your office is allowed (default 09:00 to 21:00 Riyadh time), the daily cap (default 100 calls) and retries when the customer does not answer.
- Turn on the automatic calling switch and save. Eva calls nobody before this step.
- A customer registers, for example through your website form. Every minute the system checks leads from the last 15 minutes; if consent is recorded and they have written to your office on WhatsApp from the same number, the call is scheduled now or at the next calling window within 24 hours of registration.
- Eva calls, searches your listings, reads out listing details, offers slots from the next seven days of your calendar, books the viewing, saves their details, or hands over to a person if they ask.
- You follow the Call log: status, attempt, duration and outcome, and find the call summary on the lead card under Eva called.
- Your staff phone anyone who asked to speak to a person, and follow up those who did not answer after the attempts end.
What is included
- An owner page with a readiness list and four indicators for the last 30 days: calls within a minute, who answered Eva, viewings booked, and today's calls against the daily cap.
- A log of every attempt: the lead, source, attempt number, status, duration and outcome (viewing booked, details saved, asked for a person, no action).
- Eva's tools during the call: property search, listing details, open slots, booking a viewing, saving the lead and asking for a person.
- An Eva called card on every lead's file that your team can see, with the summary.
- Retries: none, once or twice, with a delay between 10 and 240 minutes.
Limits and fair use
- Eva calls only website-form and financing-calculator leads, launch-day registrants who booked themselves, and broker-portal leads. WhatsApp, Instagram, ad-form and manually entered leads are never called automatically.
- A number is never called unless it has itself written to your office on WhatsApp, because a number typed in a form may belong to someone else. That lead stays with your team.
- Only Saudi mobile numbers are accepted, and anyone who asked not to be contacted is not called.
- A lead is called within 24 hours of registering only; after that the call is dropped rather than made late.
- Your daily cap sits inside a ceiling the platform sets for your office (by default up to 200 calls). There is no minute cap in the plan, but there is this daily cap.
- Eva is not given the name typed in the form because someone else may have written it, so she does not address the customer by name. Retries are not made for a customer who already spoke with Eva.
- Eva books and qualifies; she does not negotiate or close, and your staff still make the decisions after the call.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Eva call WhatsApp, Instagram or ad leads?
- No, Eva does not call those sources automatically because the customer's consent to be phoned is not recorded there. The allowed sources are the website form, financing calculator, launch day and broker portal.
- What if the lead registers outside the calling hours?
- They are called at the start of the next calling window within 24 hours of registering. If there is no window in that period, they are not called and the reason is recorded in the log.
- Will Eva call a number someone typed that is not theirs?
- No, Eva calls only a number that has written to your office on WhatsApp. This protects your office from phoning someone who never asked.
- How many times does Eva retry if the customer does not answer?
- You choose none, once or twice, with a delay of 10 to 240 minutes between attempts. The default is one retry after 30 minutes, and attempts never run past the 24-hour limit.
- Does Eva use the customer's name on the call?
- No, Eva is not given the name typed in the form because someone else may have written it. She introduces your office and the project, if there is one.
- Who pays for the calls?
- Calls go out from a number our team connects for your office, and the plan sets no minute cap. The add-on itself is a monthly subscription you can see on the pricing page, and our team confirms with you at activation whether any call charges apply.
