The developer platform: the Enterprise base and its modules
The developer platform is the Enterprise base for a developer or large office. It includes 10 seats, and you add the modules you choose: projects, inventory, holds and deposits, financing pre-check, broker portal, launch day, buyer portal, analytics dashboard and import. It is priced by a quote from our team, and you pay only for the modules switched on.
The developer platform starts with the Enterprise base: one account for the office or company that includes 10 seats. Seats beyond that are priced per seat in the quote, with a one-time setup fee on top. On the base you choose the modules your business needs, our team switches them on for your account, and you pay nothing for a module that is off, which also does not appear in your account.
The modules fit together. Projects & brochures gathers your projects, models and brochures, and Unit inventory adds the price list and each unit's status; the buyer portal is built on both. Website & brochure intake turns your site's visitors into leads, Launch day organises opening attendance with slots and a QR code, the Developer dashboard measures funnel, campaigns and reply speed, and Import moves Zendesk records in a one-time migration.
Every module works with the rest of the system you already know: the shared inbox, leads, distribution rules and Eva on WhatsApp. The modules help you organise the work, while your staff follows up the customer, negotiates and closes the sale. If you also run property management, that has its own page. Each office's data stays isolated in its own account, and your team reaches each module by role: owner, team lead, finance and other staff, so a salesperson does not see spend, links or lists that are not theirs.

Website & brochure intake
SAR 3,000 / month
Website & brochure intake is an Enterprise module that turns every visitor who leaves a name and phone on your site into a lead in the system. You get an intake endpoint that accepts any form on your site (HTML or fetch), plus ready mobile pages with your logo: a general page for all projects and one page per project with a QR code. Each request merges into your existing lead with the same number, is routed by your distribution rules, and the visitor receives the project brochure if one is uploaded. Only Saudi mobiles are accepted, a hidden field blocks automated submissions, and your last 50 requests show on your dashboard. A WhatsApp link per project carries the project code, so the first chat is recorded as a website lead.
- Does the visitor get a WhatsApp welcome after submitting the form?
- A welcome using an approved template is sent once, and only if the visitor agreed to be contacted, your number is connected and the template is approved. It is not sent to an existing or repeated lead, or to someone who opted out. Meta bills the template fee to your office's own WhatsApp account; EvaCore charges nothing for it.

Limits and fair use
- Modules are switched on for your account by our team after the quote is agreed, and not all of them are self-serve from the page.
- The buyer portal needs Projects & brochures and Unit inventory, and a launch event tied to a project needs Projects & brochures to be visible to visitors.
- WhatsApp template fees for notices and welcomes are billed by Meta to your office's own WhatsApp account, and EvaCore never charges them.
- Financing pre-check is a first estimate, not a financing approval.
- Import supports Zendesk only today, and is paid once per migration.
- Production currently runs on servers in us-central1, and AI processing leaves the Kingdom. In-Kingdom hosting is available on request, by quote.
- The modules are organising and measuring tools; your staff follows up the customer, negotiates and decides.
Frequently asked questions
- What does the Enterprise platform base include?
- It includes an account for the office or company with 10 seats; seats beyond that are priced per seat, with a one-time setup fee, all in a quote from our team. Modules are added on top as you need them.
- Do I pay for modules I do not use?
- No, you pay only for the modules switched on in your account. A module that is off costs nothing and does not appear in your account, and can be added later when you need it.
- Where do I start for a new project?
- Start with Projects & brochures and then Unit inventory to set up your projects and price lists, because the buyer portal, Eva and the other modules rely on them. Then add website intake and Launch day to fit the release date.
- Can I move my customers from Zendesk?
- Yes. The import module reads from Zendesk and moves ticket requesters as leads with their tickets, and sends them nothing. Its fee is one-time per migration, not monthly.
- Do these modules work without the Enterprise base?
- No, the modules are built on the Enterprise base and added to it. For smaller offices there are the Solo and Agency plans with their own features.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Production currently runs in us-central1, and AI processing leaves the Kingdom. If you need hosting inside the Kingdom, we quote it on request.
