A platform for maintenance companies
Your jobs, technicians, quotes and invoices in one place. Your customer approves the price and signs off the finished work from their phone, and property offices' requests reach you on the work board.
Log in is for companies that already have an account. A new account opens as soon as you sign up.
What the account gives your company
The jobs desk
Every job on one card: customer, address, map link, trade, priority and description. Jobs sit in columns: new, scheduled, in progress, done.
The technician's day on the phone
The technician sees only today's visits, calls the customer, opens the map, then starts the job, uploads photos and finishes.
Quotes the customer approves
You send the price as one link on WhatsApp, the customer approves it with a tap, and the approval is recorded on the job.
Sign-off and photos
Before and after photos, and the customer's signature drawn on the technician's screen, all kept on the job.
Invoices in your company's name
An electronic tax invoice issued in your own name, one invoice per job, which you download as a PDF.
Customers and the work board
Your customers, their job counts and each one's last job in one list. On the work board you send offers on the requests of offices that invite you.
How a job goes from request to invoice
Work reaches you three ways: your own customer, a property office that awards you a request from the work board, or a tenant of an office who sends a photo of the fault on WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages go out from your company's number when it is connected to the account. An office that turns on fault intake gets the tenant's message as a maintenance request, then assigns it to a company. The steps below are for your own customers' jobs on your company's desk:
Add the job
Customer name and mobile, address, trade, priority and a description.
Send the price
You set the price before VAT and the customer gets a link on WhatsApp showing the total with VAT. If the customer agrees by phone, you record the approval with the name of who agreed.
Assign the technician and schedule the visit
A priced job cannot be scheduled before the customer approves. The customer gets a reminder about a day before the visit.
The technician does the work
Taps Started, uploads before and after photos, then taps Finished.
The customer signs off
The customer types their name and signs on the screen, and gets a WhatsApp message confirming the job is done.
Issue the invoice
From the job page itself, at the final price, which cannot exceed what the customer approved.

The owner's desk and the technician's day
The owner
- Sees every job of the company and filters by technician, or by jobs with no technician.
- Assigns the technician, sets the visit time and sends the price.
- Edits a job before it is finished and cancels it when needed.
- Follows the customer list and the invoice list.
- Opens the work board and sends offers.
The technician
- The My jobs today screen shows his visits only.
- Calls the customer and opens the address on the map in one tap.
- Starts the job, uploads photos, finishes and takes the customer's signature.
- Does not see his colleagues' jobs or the company's lists.
Quotes: the customer approves on WhatsApp
Your customer gets one link on WhatsApp from your company's own number, showing the price before VAT and the total with VAT. They approve with a tap and need no account.
The link works once and expires after 14 days. Sending a new price, or the customer's sign-off, voids the old link. If the message does not go through, copy the link and send it yourself.
The final price cannot go above what the customer approved; if it would, you send a new price first. The customer pays your company directly, and the platform receives no money.
E-invoices in your company's name
Once the job is done you issue a simplified electronic tax invoice in your company's name, with 15% VAT, one invoice only per job, and download it as a PDF. All your invoices are on the Invoices page.
Invoicing and the link with ZATCA are set up for each company with EvaCore before the first invoice.
Working with property offices: the work board
Offices that turned on the work board post their requests to the companies they invite, and only those. Invitations are by choice and for verified companies only; nothing is posted openly to everyone.
You get the invitation
An invitation arrives by e-mail. The request is either a single job or a contract for a scope and a period.
You see what you need for your offer
Trade, city, district, scope, offer deadline and attachments. Building names, addresses and residents' details do not reach you before the award.
You ask and send your offer
You ask the office; answers go to every invited company without naming who asked. Your offer has the price before VAT, the duration, the earliest start and your files, and you can revise it until the deadline (up to 10 revisions). Some offices award automatically to the lowest offer within a limit they set.
The office awards one company
Your offer is sealed; no other company sees it. If you win, the job reaches you with its address and appointment; for a contract, the office contacts you with the details. If you do not, you see that the request closed, without the winner or the price.
The price is yours, paid by the office to your company directly. No commission on jobs.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can join?
- Registered establishments with a valid commercial registration (CR) and municipal licence. We do not accept individuals or anyone working on their own without a lawful establishment.
- How does joining work?
- You sign up from this page and enter your establishment's details: the CR, the municipal licence, the trades and the contact person. Your account opens at once with a 7-day free trial. Before offices can see your company or invite it on the work board, EvaCore checks the CR and the licence by hand.
- What does my company see of the offices' data?
- You see only the jobs and requests offices share with you. Your customers' data and your invoices stay inside your company's account.
- Does the platform receive customers' payments?
- No. The customer or the office pays your company directly, and the platform receives no money.
- Does a technician need an account?
- Yes, the technician is a member of your company's account and sees only his or her own jobs. Your customer needs no account: they approve and sign from a link.
