CRM core: inbox, leads and listings in every plan
CRM core is the heart of EvaCore: the shared WhatsApp inbox, leads, pipeline, listings, calendar, analytics and permissions in one dashboard. All of it is included in Solo and Agency, and the plans differ in caps and seats. Two add-on packs for the leads and listings caps are chosen at sign-up and activated by our team. Your team still decides.
The story starts on WhatsApp. A customer writes, Eva replies, qualifies them and records the request, and they appear in the shared inbox where you can take over any chat with one press, and in Leads where they take their place in the table or the sales pipeline. From there you follow up with comments, appointments and reminders, match a listing from your inventory and book a viewing.
Listings are what Eva knows about your office. You add them with a form, or import them from your office page on the Aqar platform, and each listing gets a public page you can share. Eva knows nothing that has not entered your inventory, and tells the customer so honestly. Analytics shows where customers ask about districts where you have no listing, how slow the first reply was, and who needs attention.
Permissions protect you: the owner runs everything, an employee sees their own leads, a team leader sees their team, the call centre follows up manually without a sales seat, and finance sees payments without the chats. You invite members by email and remove a leaver with one press, and set policies such as hiding the company number and 2-step sign-in.
Solo is for one person, and Agency is for five people including the owner, with team tools. For whatever exceeds a plan's cap, add-on packs are chosen at sign-up and activated by our team, and the table below sets it all side by side. Eva's AI assists and does not replace your staff: taking over, sending, assigning and following up stay in their hands.
CRM core

- +2,500 leads pack
- +250 listings pack
- Calendar and viewings
- Canned replies and WhatsApp templates
- Notifications (in-app and WhatsApp)
- CSV lead import
- Owner Today dashboard
- In-app guide and four themes

+2,500 leads pack
SAR 149 / pack / month
The leads pack is an add-on you choose at sign-up that raises how many leads your office can hold, by 2,500 leads per pack, in quantities from 1 to 20 packs. The base plan allowance is 500 leads on Solo and 2,500 on Agency. A pack counts only once it is active, and our team activates by hand any pack that is not billed automatically at sign-up. When someone adds a lead from the Leads page, the system compares your office's saved leads with your plan limit plus your active packs; once it is reached, a message asks you to upgrade instead of saving the lead. The owner follows usage on the Leads bar in the billing page, which shows a warning as you approach the limit. The pack only makes room in your lead register; assigning and following up each lead stays your team's work.
- What happens when the lead register is full?
- Adding a new lead from the Leads page stops, and a message tells you the limit is reached and asks you to upgrade. Existing leads are not deleted or changed and you keep working them as usual; adding resumes once your plan has room or you add a pack.
+250 listings pack
SAR 99 / pack / month
The listings pack is an add-on you choose at sign-up that raises how many listings your office can hold, by 250 listings per pack, in quantities from 1 to 20 packs. The base plan allowance is 100 listings on Solo and 500 on Agency. A pack counts only once it is active, and our team activates by hand any pack that is not billed automatically at sign-up. When someone adds a property from the Properties page, the system compares your office's listing count with your plan limit plus your active packs and blocks the addition once it is reached. Bulk import, such as a land subdivision plan, loads the rows that fit and tells you how many did not, rather than stopping halfway. Listings added through Claude/MCP keys pass the same check. The pack only widens your inventory; checking details and updating status stays with your team.
- Does a bulk import load every row if it passes the limit?
- No, it loads only as many rows as your plan still has room for, then tells you how many rows the plan blocked. You can add a pack or upgrade and then import the rest.
Calendar and viewings
Included
The calendar is a page in your office dashboard that gathers viewings and blocked time in a month, week or day view. You add a new event as a Viewing or Blocked time, with a title, date, and start and end time in Riyadh time, plus the customer's phone and the linked property. The owner sees every office event, a team lead sees their team's events and their own, and an agent sees only their own; events that belong to someone else show as view-only. The Booking Link button copies a link where the customer picks an available slot. Once a viewing has started you mark it Came or No-show, which is what allows the missed-viewing message to go out if you switched it on. The calendar records appointments; attending the viewing and closing the deal stays with your agent.
- Who can delete a calendar event?
- Only the person who owns an event can delete it; other people's events are view-only, even for the owner. Deleting a viewing also revokes its booking-management link, so no link is left pointing at an appointment that no longer exists.
Canned replies and WhatsApp templates
Included
Canned replies are a library of saved texts you drop into a conversation in one tap, and WhatsApp templates are messages WhatsApp approves so you can start a conversation with a customer. The owner or a team leader (if your office uses teams) creates shared replies everyone sees, and each employee adds personal ones from inside a conversation. You search by title, text or category, and replies are ordered by how often they are used. The system fills in the name, project, agent and viewing date from what is on screen, and leaves any empty field as it is so you can edit before sending. Templates are managed by the owner once WhatsApp is connected: you submit one for review and its status shows Approved, Pending or Rejected. Review happens on WhatsApp's side and can take time, and a template may be rejected.
- Can any employee add a shared reply for the office?
- No, shared replies are for the owner or a team leader (if your office uses teams) only, while a regular employee adds personal replies that nobody else sees. Personal replies are added from inside the conversation itself.
Notifications (in-app and WhatsApp)
Included
Notifications are alerts the system sends your staff, in the app and on WhatsApp, when something needs their attention. They cover a new lead assigned or routed to you, a warning that a lead is about to return or was returned automatically, a follow-up reminder, the review result of a WhatsApp template, a viewing attendance prompt, and a connected external system that stopped working. Each employee controls every type for both channels, and both are on by default. The WhatsApp message goes from the office number to the employee's phone, while call-center and finance staff, and anyone the owner hides the office number from, get the alert in the app only. When a customer asks to speak to a person, alerts go to the alert number your office set. A notification only alerts; replying to the customer stays with your team.
- Can an employee switch off their WhatsApp alerts?
- Yes, each employee chooses, for every notification type, whether it reaches them in the app, on WhatsApp or both. The choice is personal, and nobody else changes it for them.
CSV lead import
Included
Lead import is a tool for loading your existing leads in one go from a CSV file in UTF-8 or an Excel xlsx file, up to 10 MB and 5,000 rows per file. The system offers it to the office owner, and to a team leader if your office uses teams. You match your file's columns to name, phone, budget, city, district, notes, region and email; phone is the one required field and it is the customer's identity. For duplicates you choose to skip the row or update the details, then preview the counts of new, duplicate and rejected rows before importing. Leads are saved with the status New, and rejected rows appear with the reason for each. The import sends no reply or alert to any lead, and checking the quality of the data stays with you.
- How does the import recognise a duplicate lead?
- It goes by the phone number after normalising its format, so a lead you already hold, or one repeated within the same file, counts as a duplicate. You decide whether the row is skipped or its details are updated.
Owner Today dashboard
Included
The Today board is the first thing you see in your office dashboard: a work queue in Riyadh time that gathers what needs a decision or a next step. It holds due and today's follow-ups, leads awaiting assignment, today's viewings waiting for attendance to be recorded, and automated sends that failed or whose delivery is unconfirmed. Tasks, leave requests, expenses and commissions are added when those modules are on and requests exist. Each section shows the oldest 20 items, and each row opens its record. What an employee sees is limited by their access, and below the queue the owner sees office figures: today's leads, leads awaiting distribution, today's appointments, Eva's replies over 7 days, and escalations nobody answered. The send list is for review and does not resend; the decision stays with you.
- Do you and your staff see the same queue?
- No, everyone sees the work within their own access: the owner sees the whole office, a team lead sees their team, and an agent sees their own leads and viewings. The finance role does not see the sales queue.
In-app guide and four themes
Included
The in-app guide is an interactive walkthrough you open from the Help and app guide button, with chapters grouped as Getting started, Everyday work and Manage your office. The chapters cover leads, properties, conversations, the calendar, Eva, connections and channels, your account, team, branding, templates, audit, billing, campaigns and performance, and which ones appear depends on your role and the modules switched on for your office. Each step has an explanation, a small task and a Show me in the app button, and you search chapters by keyword. Your browser keeps your progress, so you carry on where you stopped. The tour sends no messages to any customer. You also pick one of four themes for your account, Original, White, Grey or Dark, under Account and then Appearance & language; it is saved to your account.
- Does the theme I choose change the app for my colleagues?
- No, the theme is a personal preference saved to your own account only. Each employee picks theirs under Account without affecting anyone else.
2-step sign-in
Included
2-step sign-in is a protection that asks for a six-digit code from the authenticator app on your phone after your password, so the password alone is not enough to get in. Each person turns it on under Account and then Security: scan the QR code or type the key, enter a confirmation code, and 10 one-time recovery codes are shown once and not displayed again. The owner can require it for the whole office after enabling it on their own account; anyone who has not enabled it is signed out and sets it up at their next sign-in. Turning it off needs your password plus an app code or a recovery code, and it cannot be turned off while the office requires it. Code attempts are limited: 5 per 5 minutes for each sign-in attempt and 10 per 15 minutes for each person. Keep the recovery codes safe.
- What if an employee loses their phone?
- They sign in with one of the recovery codes shown when they enabled it, and each code works only once. That is why they should store them somewhere safe, since they are never displayed again.

Limits and fair use
- The caps are 500 leads and 100 listings on Solo, and 2,500 leads and 500 listings on Agency. At the cap, manual adding stops with an upgrade message, and a 2,500-lead pack and a 250-listing pack are chosen at sign-up and activated by our team, up to 20 of each kind when choosing.
- The shared inbox is for WhatsApp. Instagram and TikTok have their own pages, and Eva does not answer groups or link them to a lead. After 24 hours from the customer's last message only approved templates deliver.
- EvaCore does not charge for WhatsApp templates; any per-message fees WhatsApp applies fall on your office's own WhatsApp account.
- The Aqar import reads your office's public page, which shows no more than 20 ads, and it is not a partnership or an official integration.
- Recycling and the team analytics dashboard work once teams are set up for the office, and are for the owner or a team leader only.
- Production runs on servers in us-central1, AI processing happens outside the Kingdom, and in-Kingdom hosting is available by quote.
Frequently asked questions
- Is CRM core included in both plans or do I pay separately?
- It is included in Solo and Agency with no separate price, except for two optional add-on packs for the leads cap and the listings cap, priced in the price table at sign-up. The plans differ in caps, seats and team tools.
- How many leads and listings can I add?
- On Solo, 500 leads and 100 listings; on Agency, 2,500 leads and 500 listings. If you need more, choose a 2,500-lead pack or a 250-listing pack at sign-up, and you can take up to 20 of each kind.
- Do I need Eva to use the CRM?
- No. The inbox, leads and listings work for your team even if employees reply themselves. If you turn Eva on for WhatsApp she qualifies customers and records them in the same table, and you can take over any of her chats at any time.
- Can I bring my listings in from the Aqar platform?
- Yes. You paste your office page link and the system reads your ads and stores them with you. The public office page shows no more than 20 ads, so if you have more we tell you the difference and you add the rest by hand. This is not an official integration or a partnership.
- Does every employee see every lead and conversation?
- No. An employee sees their own leads and the numbers they may see, a team leader their team's leads, and the owner everyone's. The owner can hide the company number from employees, hide Instagram from everyone, and require 2-step sign-in.
- Who pays WhatsApp template fees in campaigns?
- EvaCore does not charge for them; any per-message fees WhatsApp applies fall on your office's own WhatsApp account. You still decide the template and which customers receive it.
