What exactly does EvaCore import from Aqar?

It takes the title, price, area, district, coordinates and photos of each listing on your office page, and strips any phone numbers from the description. Eva is limited to the properties in your inventory.

How long does the import take?

It depends on the number of listings and how quickly Aqar responds, because requests are spaced half a second apart out of respect for the platform's servers. You see the result and a summary when the import finishes.

Can I import more than 20 listings?

An Aqar office page shows no more than 20 listings, so we import no more than we can see. If you have more we tell you the difference, and we mark no listing unavailable because what we did not see is not necessarily removed.

Do we need a developer to connect our website form?

No. You can copy the ready HTML form as it is, or use fetch from your existing form. The accepted fields include name, phone, email, message, project, consent and campaign tags.

What happens to a request the form rejected?

No lead is created, and it stays in «Latest submissions» with the reason, such as a non-Saudi number or the daily limit. You can review it and contact the person by hand if it is real.

What happens when we rotate the key?

The old key stops at once, so every form, page link and printed QR code that uses it stops too. Update your website forms and links with the new key straight after rotating.

The Aqar import reads your public office page and shows its own limit; website intake is switched on for your account. Included in both plans.

What is it?

The «Integrations» page is the single place to connect things: you link WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, import your office's Aqar listings into your inventory, and get an intake link and key for your website forms plus ready brochure pages with a QR code. Whatever arrives lands in the same lead system your team already works in.

How it works, step by step

Open «Integrations» as the owner and connect channels: WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, Instagram (business or creator account linked to a Facebook page) and TikTok (business account).
Open «Import from Aqar», paste your office link that starts with sa.aqar.fm/user/ and press «Import».
Wait for the import to finish; the office page is read, then each listing with half a second between requests, the data and photos are taken and phone numbers are removed from descriptions.
Review the result: created, updated, photos, failed, marked unavailable, phones stripped and any warnings, and re-sync with the button whenever you like.
Open «Website & brochure intake» (once switched on for your account) and copy the intake link and key, or the ready HTML form.
Share the general page or a project page, or print the QR code; each project also has a WhatsApp link with a code that ties the first chat to its project.
Check «Latest submissions»: each request shows its outcome (new lead, added to existing lead, repeat, rejected) and Eva's follow-up status.
Open the lead from the table and follow up; a rejected request stays there so you can call it by hand if it is real.

Limits and fair use

The import reads your public office page on your manual request; it does not mean a partnership or official link with Aqar.
Website forms accept a Saudi mobile number only and carry a hidden field to block automated spam.
Forms have a daily cap on new leads per IP address and per office key; anything over it creates no lead and stays in the log for manual contact.
The same person and project within 10 minutes count as one request.
Rotating the key stops every form, link and printed QR code that uses the old key, immediately.
The import does not replace checking property data before Eva quotes it to a customer.
