Analytics: team performance and unmet demand

Analytics is a dashboard read from your office's actual data: leads by region, team, employee and source, unmet demand, and cases needing attention. The team dashboard opens once teams are set up; member performance is open to each member within their role. Included in both plans; older messages and Instagram and TikTok replies go to the lead owner.

What is it?

Two pages that complement each other. Analytics gives the office and team view: leads in scope, unmet demand, what needs attention, and tables by region, team, employee, source and project. Member performance shows each member's numbers over 7, 30 or 90 days. Every figure comes from a query on your office's data, not from an estimate.

Who is it for?

  • An owner who wants to know which region and team receives more leads and which is slower to give a first reply.
  • A team leader who wants to see their team's leads nobody has contacted yet, and tomorrow's unconfirmed viewings.
  • An office manager who wants to know in which districts customers ask and find no available listing with you.
  • An owner who wants a CSV to open in Excel for a weekly meeting.

What problem does it solve?

  • Figures are spread across chats and spreadsheets, and the weekly meeting starts with guesses.
  • Demand that finds no listing passes unnoticed, so the office never learns where its inventory is thin.
  • A customer who asked for a person and got no answer stays hidden among hundreds of conversations.
  • Employee reviews rest on impression rather than first-reply time and recorded viewings.

How it works, step by step

  1. The Analytics page opens once regions and teams are set up for your office (there is no screen to create them yourself today, so ask us); it does not show for an office without teams, and a regular employee or the call centre cannot open it.
  2. Let leads arrive and be recorded with their sources: WhatsApp, Instagram, call centre and manual entry, and the figures gather by themselves.
  3. Open Analytics and read the three numbers at the top: leads in scope, unmet demand, and needs attention now.
  4. Narrow the scope with the filters: region, team, employee, project, source and the Leads since date.
  5. Open Unmet demand: every district customers asked about where you have no available listing, with how many asked. Add a listing there or look for an owner.
  6. Work the Needs attention lists: leads about to return to the queue, escalations with no reply, leads nobody has contacted, and tomorrow's viewings without confirmation.
  7. Compare the tables: by region (leads, first reply in minutes, viewings), by team with a trend arrow between this week and last week, and by employee, source and project.
  8. Press Export CSV to download one file with the region, team, employee, source, project and unmet-demand sections, encoded so Excel reads Arabic.
  9. Open Member performance and choose 7, 30 or 90 days, then press a member to see their card: leads that reached them, how many were contacted, viewings, deals closed and handoff pickup time.

What is included

  • An office and team dashboard with three headline numbers and filters for region, team, employee, project, source and date.
  • Unmet demand: districts asked for with no available listing, with how many asked.
  • Four Needs attention lists, each showing its first items plus the full count.
  • Tables by region, team, employee, source and project, with a weekly trend for teams.
  • CSV export of the tables and unmet demand.
  • A Member performance page: a ranking and a card per member with a daily trend line, over 7, 30 or 90 days, with CSV export.
  • Per-member measures: leads that reached them, contacted, median first reply, conversations, messages, viewings, deals, handoffs and pickup time, and leads returned.

Limits and fair use

  • The Analytics page opens for the owner or a team leader once the office has created teams, and team tools are part of the Agency plan, with no screen to create teams yourself today.
  • In Member performance, WhatsApp replies sent from the inbox are credited to the sender, while older messages and Instagram and TikTok replies go to the lead's owner at calculation time. Viewings, deals and returns are credited directly to the member, and the page says so plainly.
  • The owner sees every member, a team leader their team, and an employee only themselves. The finance member does not appear because they hold no leads.
  • Filters and lists show the first rows with the full count, and the export covers the tables and unmet demand.
  • Unmet demand compares the districts customers wrote against your available listings, so the more current your inventory the more accurate the figures.
  • The numbers support your decision; they do not tell you what to do, and the decision stays with you and your team.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I see the Analytics page in my office?
Because it opens once teams or regions are set up for your office, and it is hidden from a regular employee and from the call centre. Member performance, by contrast, is open to every member and shows only what their role allows.
What does Unmet demand mean?
It is a district your office's customers asked about where you have no available listing. It appears with how many asked, to point you to where to add inventory or look for an owner.
How is first reply in minutes calculated?
It is the median number of minutes between a lead arriving and the first human reply. It is computed per region on the dashboard and per member on Member performance, and the cell stays empty if nobody has replied yet.
Do Eva's messages count in an employee's figures?
No, human replies are what count. WhatsApp replies sent from the inbox are credited to the sender, and everything else (older messages, Instagram, TikTok) to the lead's owner. The page states this in a clear line.
What does the About to return alert mean?
It is an assigned lead that will go back to the queue within 24 hours because the contact deadline set for the employee's role is nearing its end with no contact. You see it with the employee's name and the hours left.
Can I export the figures to Excel?
Yes. Export CSV downloads a file with the region, team, employee, source, project and unmet-demand sections, and Member performance has its own CSV for the range you chose.
