Claude/MCP keys: add and edit your listings by chatting with Claude
Claude/MCP keys are access keys that connect your office's listings to your AI assistant, Claude Desktop or another MCP client, so you add and edit properties by chatting. Each user can hold up to five active keys, and a key sees only your own listings. They are included in the Agency plan.

Create your workspaceWhat is it?
A standard MCP server lets you tell your assistant: «add a villa in Al Malqa with four bedrooms», and it is saved into the same properties table your dashboard and Eva read from. You create a key in your account settings, copy it into Claude Desktop's config, and then work by chat. A key never goes beyond your own rights as an agent.
Who is it for?
- A broker with dozens of listings who wants to add them in one go without filling a form for each.
- An office that already uses Claude and wants to manage its list from the same chat.
- An agent who updates a price or status (sold or rented) from the chat without opening the dashboard.
- An office that wants Eva to know a new property in her next reply without a separate publishing step.
What problem does it solve?
- Entering listings one by one takes time and delays showing them.
- A property whose price changed stays stale in the list, so a reply may quote the wrong price.
- Connecting an AI assistant to your listings usually takes technical setup.
- A key left on a lost device is a risk if it cannot be cancelled immediately.
How it works, step by step
- Open «Settings, then Account», then the «Claude» tab (ربط Claude). It shows on desktop and is hidden on phones on purpose, as it is meant for people connecting tools.
- Type a name for the device or client, then click «Create key».
- Copy the key at once. It starts with evamcp_ and is shown only once, and cannot be recovered. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.
- Copy the config block the page generates, which holds your URL and key, paste it into Claude Desktop's config file, then restart Claude Desktop.
- Write to your assistant in Arabic, for example: «Add a property: a villa in Al Malqa, Riyadh, 450 m², 5 bedrooms, for sale». Six tools are available: add one property, add up to 50 at once, list your properties with filters, get one, partial update, and archive.
- The property is saved into the same properties table your dashboard and Eva read from. If a field is wrong, the error names the field so the chat can fix it and retry.
- To change status, ask the assistant to update the property to sold or rented. When you ask to delete, the property is archived and not erased: it disappears from public pages and from what Eva offers while its records stay, and you restore it by setting its status back to available.
- Watch the «Keys» list on the page: creation date and last use for each key, and a «Revoke» button that stops the key immediately.
What is included
- Up to five active keys per user, and any key can be revoked immediately.
- Six tools: add, bulk add (50 properties), list, get one, update, and archive.
- List filters: status, purpose, type, city and search, with paging.
- A ready config block for Claude Desktop holding your URL and key, plus an example of what to type.
- The property appears in the dashboard, and for Eva in her next reply while its status is available.
- A key list with creation date and last use.
Limits and fair use
- A key sees only your own listings: not your colleagues' in the office, and not properties registered with no responsible agent.
- Delete means archive: the status «archived» takes the property off public display and out of Eva's offers while its records stay.
- At most 100 requests per minute per key. Anyone trying wrong keys is throttled by address.
- Your plan's limit on the number of properties applies as in the dashboard. If a bulk add overruns the limit, what fits is saved and the rest is reported.
- A key works for an owner or a sales agent only. Call-center and finance accounts cannot use one.
- You need Claude Desktop or another MCP client on your device, and the config block the page generates for Claude Desktop runs through npx, so it needs Node.js. Your subscription to it is your own and is not part of EvaCore.
- The assistant writes what you ask. Checking the price and details before showing customers is on you.

Frequently asked questions
- Does a key see my colleagues' listings?
- No, because each key acts as one user, so it sees only that user's listings. It also does not see properties registered in the office with no responsible agent.
- I lost the key. Can I recover it?
- No, because a key is shown once and is not stored in its original form. Revoke it and create a new one.
- What happens when I revoke a key?
- It stops at once, because every request re-checks the key and no session survives a revocation.
- What happens to a property if I ask to delete it?
- It is only archived. It leaves public pages and Eva's offers while its data and records stay, and you restore it by setting its status back to available.
- How many properties can I add at once?
- Up to 50 per request, and you get the result for each property separately, so one bad row does not cancel the rest.
- Does each staff member need their own key?
- Each user creates keys from their own account, up to five active per user. A key acts under that user's name and with that user's listings.
