The platform for real estate developers and large organisations
The Enterprise platform is a sales base for a developer or a large office that adds projects, units, reservations and portals to EvaCore as modules, and you switch on only what you need. The base is priced like this: from SAR 9,500 / month + setup SAR 15,000, with 10 seats included. The modules you switch on are agreed with you in a quote from our team.
A developer needs more than an inbox and a lead list. It needs projects with their models and brochures, a price list with the status of every unit, reservations with a hold period and a deposit, brokers who register their clients and keep their attribution, and buyers who follow their own units. These are all modules of the Enterprise platform, and they run on top of Eva and the customer-management tools you already know from the plans.
The modules available today are: projects and brochures, unit inventory, website and brochure intake, reservations and deposits, financing pre-check, the broker portal, launch-day events, the buyer portal, the developer dashboard, and CRM import. Each module has a page explaining what it does, its limits and its price. Only the modules you choose are switched on, and you pay nothing for a module that is off.
The base includes 10 seats, and after that each extra seat is added at a fixed catalogue price. Call-center and finance staff get a limited seat at SAR 250 / seat / month that does not give them full sales access. Enterprise plans include the full Office suite. Eva's extra conversations beyond the plan limit are available by contacting our team, as on the other plans.
We quote each organisation separately because the size of the projects, the number of teams and the data that has to move differ so much. The price shown here is the minimum for the base; what sits on top is set by the modules you switch on and by a one-time setup. We write the quote before any commitment, so you know what you will pay before we start.
Eva is an assistant to your sales team, not a replacement for it: she answers, qualifies and shows what is available, while the confirmed reservation, the deposit and the negotiation stay with your staff. The security and hosting details below say plainly what exists today and what does not.

Security and hosting
- 2-step sign-in with a code from an authenticator app after the password, and the owner can require it of every member of the office.
- Roles and permissions: owner, member, call-center and finance, and each role reaches only its own set of pages.
- Audit history where the owner sees who changed what and when, with export to a CSV file.
- In-Kingdom hosting is available on request on a Saudi cloud, by quote.
- The honest picture today: production runs on us-central1, and AI processing happens outside the Kingdom even with local hosting.
- The full details are on the security page.
- We write only what exists today, and if you need a document or an answer to a specific security question for your organisation, ask us before you sign.
The Office suite (HR, leave, commissions, expenses and playbook) is included in Enterprise plans.
How an engagement works
- Intake and requirements. You fill in the request form on this page with your project, the size of your team and what you want from the platform. Our team then talks to you to understand how you sell today: who answers the customer, where price lists are kept, and how reservations and deposits are recorded. After that conversation we write a quote that names the modules to be switched on.
- Setup and data import. We prepare your account, switch on the agreed modules and set roles and permissions for your team. Then we import your existing leads, projects and units, and review what was imported with you before your staff rely on it. If you are moving customers out of Zendesk, the import module brings them across with their history.
- Pilot with your team. You start with one project or one team, and your staff use the platform in real work: answering real customers, holding units and reviewing the audit history. We collect their feedback and adjust the settings, and we check that Eva answers from your project data and not from guesswork.
- Rollout across the organisation. Once your team is comfortable with the pilot, we add the remaining projects, teams and seats, and switch on broker and buyer portals if we agreed on them. Our team stays reachable by email, and you can switch on a new module later when you need it.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does the Enterprise platform start at?
- The base starts at from SAR 9,500 / month + setup SAR 15,000 and includes 10 seats. The modules you switch on are added at their own prices, and the total is set in a written quote before any commitment.
- Is the platform only for developers, or for large offices as well?
- It suits both. A developer benefits from projects, inventory, reservations and portals, while a large office benefits from the extra seats and from modules such as voice replies and the WhatsApp control channel. Switch on what serves your work and nothing else.
- Can we move our customers from another system?
- Yes, the import module moves your customers and their tickets out of Zendesk with their history, charged once per migration. You can also upload lead lists from a CSV file. We review what was imported with you before your team relies on it.
- Is the data hosted inside Saudi Arabia?
- No, production runs on us-central1 today, and AI processing happens outside the Kingdom. If in-Kingdom hosting is a requirement for you, it is available on request by quote on a Saudi cloud, and the AI model itself stays outside the Kingdom.
- Can we switch on just one module?
- Yes, each module is switched on separately, and you pay nothing for a module that is off. Most customers begin with projects and inventory and add reservations and portals once their team is ready for them.
- Who decides what Eva says about units and prices?
- Eva answers from the project and unit data that you entered or imported, and she offers only what is available, at its price, when the inventory module is on. She does not confirm a reservation or negotiate for you; that stays with your staff.
- Can our team use Eva before the other modules are switched on?
- Yes, Eva and the customer-management tools work with the base from day one, and the modules add capabilities on top of them. Your team can answer customers and use the shared inbox while projects and units are being prepared.
- Is there a fixed timeline for setup and launch?
- We do not promise a fixed duration here because it depends on the size of your data and the modules you switch on. We set the steps with you in the quote, and each stage moves when you are ready for it.
