Sales office or property manager: say which first
The phrase covers two different needs. One is running sales: listings, customers, viewings and deals. The other is property management: buildings, units, tenants, maintenance and rent collection. EvaCore is a sales platform first. Its property management side, called Property Care, is available on request. Decide which need is yours before comparing tools, because many results for this search are property-management products.
The office day, step by step
| Step | What happens | Status in EvaCore |
|---|---|---|
| Listings | Add a property or import it from Aqar with photos and licence number | Available |
| Inquiries | Aqar, Bayut, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok in one pipeline, with Eva replying | Available |
| Viewings | Calendar, agent availability, public booking page, pre-visit reminder | Available |
| Deals | Deal File, deals board, documents, financing package | Available |
| Commissions and payroll | Commission rules, splits, approval, payment records, payroll export | On request |
| Property Care | Resident requests, technicians, work orders | On request |
Listings and inquiries
The day starts with listings. The office adds a property by hand or imports it from an Aqar link, keeping photos and the licence number where available. Inquiries then arrive from their sources into one pipeline, each customer with a file. Eva replies within seconds in Saudi Arabic or English from the office's own data and saves area, budget and purpose. See the real estate CRM page for the pipeline and the CRM product page for the full list.
Viewings and deals
A customer books a viewing into the agent's calendar through a public booking page, receives a reminder before the visit, and the system asks the agent afterwards whether the customer came. When a deal starts, the office opens a Deal File with stages, expected dates and stuck-file alerts, and can prepare a financing package for a bank with the customer's consent. Read Deal File and bank financing.
Commissions: the office suite is on request
Commission splitting matters in every brokerage. Isnad between agents in one office is available today, with a 60/40 split by default. Commission rules, splitting, approval, payment records, a payroll export file, employee files and leave sit in the office suite, available on request. ZATCA e-invoicing is also on request and follows seller and provider readiness. We only promise what is switched on for your office.
Property Care: what it is and where it stops
If your office manages buildings and residents, Property Care gives you a service desk for resident requests, a portfolio of buildings and units, technician or contractor assignment, a response time target and statuses until the resident confirms. It is available on request, and its current name in the interface is Property Management. Do not expect a full rental system: there is no Ejar integration and no payment gateway of our own.
Solo or Agency
Choose by the number of people using the system. Solo suits an individual broker. Agency suits an office with a team, and extra users can be added. Plans and prices are shown inside the app after you sign up. What the plans limit is AI conversations, not customers. Any module on request is agreed with the office before it is switched on. Details: Solo and Agency.
How to evaluate
- Write down your current office day: who adds listings, who replies, who views, who settles commissions.
- Separate what you need now (sales) from what you need later (commissions, property management).
- Ask for a trial with one customer from inquiry to deal.
- Check permissions: who sees whose customers.
- Take the smaller plan and add what you need on request.
Before you begin
- No Ejar integration, no Nafath and no real-estate registry link.
- The office suite (commissions, payroll, employee files), Property Care and ZATCA e-invoicing are available on request, not switched on by default.
- No native mobile app and no payment gateway of our own.
