Start with the current subscription figures
Guide reviewed on 2 October 2026. Subscription figures and the worked calculations below are generated from EvaCore’s plan configuration. Confirm the applicable terms on the current EvaCore pricing page before subscribing.
Annual pricing is ten monthly payments’ worth for twelve months of service. Treat the annual figure as an annual commitment when planning cash flow; dividing it by twelve is a comparison tool, not a statement that the annual plan is paid monthly.
| Item | Monthly charge | Annual charge | Team access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | SAR 699 | SAR 6,990 | 1 user |
| Agency | SAR 2,499 | SAR 24,990 | 5 users total, including the owner |
| Additional Agency seat | SAR 550 | SAR 5,500 | 1 additional user |
Worked example: an office with 6 users
This is an illustrative budget, not a customer account. An office wants access for one owner and 5 other employees: 6 users in total. Agency includes 5 users including the owner, so this example needs one additional seat.
Monthly subscription arithmetic: SAR 2,499 + SAR 550 = SAR 3,049 per month. Annual subscription arithmetic: SAR 24,990 + SAR 5,500 = SAR 30,490 per year. These totals cover only the listed subscription and seat figures. They do not establish the price of any separate service or optional requirement.
Count people who need access, not only the employees whose title is “agent.” Review the owner, coordinator and sales team together so the comparison uses the same team size across proposals. Confirm the relevant access arrangements with the provider.
Separate a software quote from an operating budget
Do not enter zero for an unknown charge. Mark it “to confirm” until you have a documented answer for the specific configuration. This guide does not quote messaging-platform fees, payment-provider charges or the cost of a separate integration.
| Budget category | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Which plan and billing period are quoted? |
| Team access | How many people are included, and does that include the owner? |
| Setup work | Who prepares and checks property information and conversation rules? |
| Usage and limits | What is included, what is measured and what happens at a limit? |
| External services | Does the proposed setup require another service or agreement? |
| Ongoing ownership | Who reviews unresolved conversations and maintains the information? |
Include the work your team will do
A subscription comparison is incomplete if one proposal assumes clean data and another includes preparation. List the work needed before launch: checking property details, resolving conflicting records, agreeing qualification questions and testing the handoff process. Decide who will do each task.
The office also needs a repeatable review process. An employee must resolve missing facts, take over sensitive conversations and maintain approved information. These responsibilities exist even when software helps with replies. Budgeting time for them makes the proposed workflow concrete without assuming that a particular number of staff hours will disappear.
Compare annual and monthly billing deliberately
For the 6-user illustration, twelve monthly payments total SAR 36,588. The listed annual subscription total is SAR 30,490, a difference of SAR 6,098. This is a comparison of the stated subscription figures with a constant team size; it does not account for changes during the year or terms you have not confirmed.
Consider how stable your requirements are and how your office handles annual expenditure. Ask what happens when seats or requirements change. The lowest equivalent monthly number is only one part of a purchasing decision.
A short checklist before choosing a plan
- Write down the workflow you need demonstrated and the people who need access.
- Choose a billing period and calculate the subscription with the correct total seats.
- List setup responsibilities and every unresolved cost question.
- Ask for the relevant limits, change arrangements and cancellation terms in writing.
- Test the workflow with approved fictional examples, then review the live pricing before subscribing.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Agency include 5 agents plus the owner?
No. The current Agency configuration includes 5 users in total, including the owner. An office with 6 total users needs one additional seat in the example above.
- Is the annual plan the same as twelve monthly payments?
The current annual figure equals ten months of the listed monthly price for twelve months of service. Check the billing arrangement and current terms before making a commitment.
- Can these figures prove a return on investment?
No. They establish subscription arithmetic only. A return calculation would also need your observed costs, actual outcomes and a defensible comparison period. This guide makes no financial-return promise.
