In-Kingdom hosting is a service in which the platform is deployed on a Saudi cloud at the customer's request, by quote. It is not automatic: production runs on us-central1 today, and the AI model stays outside the Kingdom even with this service. Our team prices it by quote.
What is it?
This page describes a request, not a feature that is switched on. EvaCore runs on us-central1 for every customer today, and we do not say your data is inside the Kingdom. If your organisation requires deployment inside the Kingdom, you request a dedicated deployment for it on a Saudi cloud by quote, and our team scopes it with you.
Who is it for?
- A developer or large company whose internal rules require deployment inside the Kingdom.
- An organisation assessing suppliers that asks where the platform runs before signing.

What problem does it solve?
- The question "where does the platform run?" deserves a plain answer, not a vague one.

How it works, step by step

- Enter your name, company, role, Saudi mobile and email, and choose the company type and team size.
- Add a message if you wish, to explain what your organisation requires from deployment.
- Agree that the EvaCore team may contact you about the request, then submit the form.
- Our team receives the request and contacts you to set the scope, then sends a quote with the setup and subscription cost.
- If you agree the quote, what you agreed is deployed on a Saudi cloud.

Limits and fair use
- Production runs on us-central1 today, and we do not say in-Kingdom hosting is already in place.

- We promise no date or duration for deployment before the quote.

- No. Production runs on us-central1 today, and your data is not hosted inside the Kingdom by default. Deployment inside the Kingdom is requested by quote and carried out after you agree.

- No. The AI model runs outside the Kingdom even if the platform is deployed inside it. The content of conversations that Eva processes leaves the Kingdom to be processed.
