EvaCore ("we", "our", or "us") operates a B2B SaaS platform providing AI-powered real estate assistant services for agents and agencies in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you or your organization uses our platform, including email integration, AI assistant, and CRM features.

  • Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and billing details collected during registration.
  • Email & communication data: Incoming and outgoing messages processed through your connected email account (Gmail or Outlook) on your behalf.
  • CRM data: Lead information, property listings, and notes entered into or generated by the platform.
  • Usage data: Log files, page views, and feature interactions used to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the EvaCore platform.
  • To process emails and messages on behalf of our clients using AI models.
  • To manage leads and properties in your CRM workspace.
  • To send transactional emails and platform notifications.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Email & Channel Integration

EvaCore integrates with Gmail, Outlook, and other communication channels you authorize. When you connect your email account, we process messages on your behalf as a data processor to power the Eva AI assistant. You remain the data controller for your clients' personal data. Messages are stored securely and used solely to provide the AI service you have subscribed to.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data or your clients' data to any third party. We share data only with:

  • Meta (WhatsApp): If connected — as required to operate the WhatsApp Business API.
  • Google / Microsoft: If you connect Gmail or Outlook — for email sync only.
  • AI Providers (OpenAI / DeepSeek): Used to generate responses. Only message content is sent — no unnecessary personal identifiers.
  • Supabase: Secure database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Payment processing, PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Service providers: All bound by confidentiality agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Email message logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and row-level access control. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
