About Eva Core
We build Eva, an AI sales agent for real estate brokerages. She answers customer messages on WhatsApp in Arabic, qualifies the lead, and books the viewing — around the clock, in the language the customer actually writes in.
Who we are
Eva Core Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation. We operate EvaCore, a business-to-business software platform that real estate brokerages and independent brokers use to run customer conversations, listings and appointments in one place.
Property in the Gulf is sold over WhatsApp. A buyer sees a listing at eleven at night and sends a message; at a typical brokerage that message waits until morning, and by then the buyer is talking to whoever answered first. Eva is the agent who answers. She is connected to the brokerage's own WhatsApp Business number through the official Meta Cloud API, she knows the firm's live inventory, and she replies in Arabic with real details — price, size, district, availability — rather than an automated holding message.

Eva replies to a brokerage's customers on its own WhatsApp Business number, in fluent Saudi Arabic, within seconds — at midnight, on a Friday, during Hajj.
Qualifies the lead
She establishes budget, district, property type and intent through normal conversation, then writes a structured lead into the brokerage's pipeline.
Books the viewing
When a customer is ready to see a property, Eva checks the agent's availability, books the appointment and sends the confirmation and reminder.
To give every real estate broker in the Arab world the reach of a large firm.
A broker's income depends on how quickly they answer and how well they follow up, and both are limited by hours in the day — which is why the largest firms win deals the smallest ones never hear about. Software that speaks the customer's language removes that limit. We are building Eva so that a two-person brokerage in Riyadh answers every enquiry as fast, as accurately and as courteously as a firm with fifty staff, and so that no customer in the region has to switch out of Arabic to be understood by the tools their broker uses.
