Disclosure before the comparison
EvaCore wrote this page, and EvaCore is one of the products compared. That is a conflict of interest, so we set rules. Every fact about a competitor carries the URL of its source in the paragraphs below. What a vendor says about itself is labelled a claim, not treated as proven. All facts were checked on 16 Oct 2026 from each vendor's public pages. We did not sign up for or test any service.
We did not review Kords or Asaas in this edition because we hold no sourced facts about them, and we will not write what we cannot support.
The eight criteria
- Arabic interface for daily team use.
- Official WhatsApp API, not a QR-linked number that can risk a ban.
- AI replies to customers, not only suggested text for staff.
- AI on Instagram and TikTok messages and comments.
- Aqar and Bayut leads entering the pipeline without copy-pasting.
- Ejar and government links: Ejar, Nafath, REGA, ZATCA.
- Off-plan modules: projects, units, reservations.
- Native iPhone and Android app.
Comparison table (checked 16 Oct 2026)
Each fact has its source in the paragraphs after the table. "Claim" means the vendor says so on its own site without independent documentation. "Not found" means we did not find it on the vendor's public pages, which is not proof that it is absent.

What we found for each product
Nuzul: Nuzul claims an office system with a website builder, CRM, an off-plan portal, Nuzul Pay payments and 30+ integrations, including Ejar, Nafath, REGA and the real-estate registry. It offers an office plan, the official WhatsApp API as a paid add-on, and pay-per-use AI agents. Its app is on the Saudi App Store at 4.1 from 8 ratings. See EvaCore vs Nuzul.
Sadah: according to Sadah's site, it is an Arabic, WhatsApp-centred CRM with a shared inbox and a broker portal for swapping offers. It has a free broker plan and office plans. WhatsApp connects by QR code on every plan with the official API listed as an option, and the "smart broker" AI is a claim we found no documentation for.
Raba: Raba CRM shows the broadest Saudi suite we reviewed, with lead distribution, reservations and a developer portal. WhatsApp Business is a paid add-on there. It claims Saudi servers and Ejar and ZATCA compatibility.
Aqar Digital: it offers plans for individual users and teams on aqar.digital. Its AI agent and off-plan product are claims. We found no app.
Global suites: Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Odoo
Zoho has data centres in Riyadh and Jeddah since March 2024, and real estate is configured through partners. We found no Ejar, Nafath or REGA links in any of them. Bitrix24 has a Bayut and Property Finder connector.
Who each option fits
- Lowest entry cost: check the published plan pages of Sadah, Aqar Digital and Raba, and compare them with what you see inside EvaCore after sign-up.
- Government links, payments and off-plan: Nuzul, according to its own claims.
- Saudi hosting and e-invoicing: Raba, and Zoho for hosting, both as stated by the vendors.
- Large companies with an IT team: Zoho, Salesforce or Odoo, through a local partner.
- An office whose priority is AI replies on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok from its own listings, plus Isnad between its agents and a bank-ready deal file: EvaCore.
What EvaCore offers and where it falls short
EvaCore is the AI sales platform for Saudi real estate. Eva replies within seconds on WhatsApp in Saudi Arabic and English from the office's own data, works on Instagram and TikTok too, and takes Aqar and Bayut leads into one pipeline. It adds Isnad between agents inside one office (60/40 commission split by default), plus a deal file and bank financing package with customer consent and a free bank officer portal, described in deal file and bank financing. The developer stack is available on request.
The gaps: the entry price is higher than the cheapest local plans, there is no Ejar or Nafath link, no native app, and ZATCA is on request. For hosting see the security page. See pricing and real estate CRM.
How to decide in one week
- List the three tasks that slip most in your office today.
- Drop any option missing a must-have, such as Ejar or a native app.
- Trial each shortlisted vendor with your own listings and real customer questions.
- Compare the final price for your user count.
- Get in writing any feature you did not see working in the trial.
Before you begin
- Based on vendors' public pages; competing products were not tested.
- A feature missing from the table was not found in public sources; it may still exist.
- Kords, Asaas and several other products were not reviewed.
- EvaCore has no Ejar or Nafath link and no native app, and its entry price is above the cheapest local plans.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this comparison neutral?
A page written by EvaCore cannot be fully neutral. We put the disclosure first, linked every competitor fact to its source and marked vendor claims. Check the sources yourself.
- Why are Kords and Asaas missing?
We did not review them in this edition because we hold no sourced facts about them, and we do not write what we cannot support.
- Which system is cheapest?
Prices change and depend on user count and add-ons. Open each vendor's plan page and compare the final price for your team; EvaCore's price is shown inside the app after sign-up.
- Does EvaCore integrate with Ejar or Nafath?
No. If government links are a must-have, read what Nuzul claims in the detailed comparison and verify it in a real trial.
