AI sales assistant for Saudi real estate: what it does and does not do

An AI real estate assistant replies to Saudi buyers in Saudi Arabic or English within seconds, asks what they need, suggests listings from the office's recorded inventory, books the viewing and hands the chat to a person with a summary. It answers from recorded price and availability and never invents a missing value. It does not negotiate or close deals.

What an AI sales assistant is, in plain terms

If you search for an AI real estate assistant in Saudi Arabia, you usually want one thing: no enquiry left waiting at 10 pm or while your agent is on a viewing, and no agent asking the same questions twice. The assistant is the first-line salesperson. It takes the enquiry, understands the request, shows matching inventory, books a viewing and passes the customer to someone who can continue.

Eva is that assistant inside EvaCore, the AI sales platform for Saudi real estate. She speaks Saudi Arabic and English and replies within seconds on the channels you switch on. This page walks through what she does in order, where she stops, and what your office must have ready for her answers to be right.

  1. Reply: she answers with a greeting and a clear question instead of leaving the customer waiting. See answering property enquiries.
  2. Qualify: she asks for area, property type, budget, purpose and timing and saves them to the customer record. See qualifying real estate leads.
  3. Match: she searches the office's listings by budget, size, city and district, and can rank the matching inventory: cheapest, priciest, smallest or largest.
  4. Book: she proposes a slot and books the viewing through the tools your office has enabled. See coordinating viewings.
  5. Hand off: she passes the chat to staff when the customer asks, or when the question goes beyond her data. Pause and resume work per conversation. See AI to agent handoff.

An illustrative transcript

This is an illustrative example (fictional). The real exchange would be in Saudi Arabic; the English below is a translation. Names and figures are invented and are not a result from any office.

  • Customer: Peace be upon you, I'm looking for an apartment to rent in Al Malqa.
  • Eva: And upon you, welcome. How many rooms, and roughly what yearly budget?
  • Customer: Three rooms, up to 90 thousand.
  • Eva: We have two recorded apartments in Al Malqa within your budget. The cheapest is three rooms, 155 sqm, 85 thousand a year. The largest is 180 sqm at 90 thousand.
  • Customer: Does the cheaper one have a lift?
  • Eva: That detail is not recorded on my side and I don't want to guess. I'll ask my colleague and come back to you.
  • Customer: OK, I'd like to view it tomorrow afternoon.
  • Eva: Done, I've logged a viewing request for tomorrow afternoon and passed the chat to Ahmed (an illustrative agent) to confirm the details.

What the example shows

Three things. The suggestion came from recorded fields: price, size, district. The assistant did not guess about the lift when the fact was not recorded; it said so and raised the question to a person. And the viewing ended with a human who confirms it. That is the difference between an assistant that serves the office and one that promises what it cannot know.

If the office restricts how prices are shown for certain listings, the assistant follows that policy instead of revealing the figure. For how replies use listing information, see answering enquiries.

Guardrails on answers

  • Replies rest on recorded price and availability, not on what sounds plausible.
  • If a value is missing (price, size, availability), Eva does not invent it. She asks for clarification or refers the question.
  • She follows the office's price-display policy.
  • She draws on the knowledge base, documents and reference answers that your team reviews and corrects.
  • A log keeps human and automated replies, delivery states and errors for review.
  • The assistant can be paused and resumed per conversation, with switches and schedules per channel.

Channels and memory

The saved summary is what lets an agent start where the assistant stopped without asking the budget again. For the main channel, see Eva on WhatsApp.

What you need ready

The assistant is only as good as your data. If prices are stale or availability is not updated, she will answer from what is recorded, and that can be wrong. Update listings, set your price-display policy, and review corrections in the first weeks. For the difference between this and canned replies, read WhatsApp bot or AI assistant. Plans and AI conversation limits are on the pricing page.

What it does not do

  • It does not negotiate price or change deal terms.
  • It does not decide whether a customer is accepted and does not promise financing.
  • It does not know what was never recorded; missing property details go to a person.
  • It does not replace the agent at the viewing, in negotiation or at closing.
  • It does not guarantee a reply at every hour or promise a sales result.

Before you begin

  • It does not negotiate price or decide the deal.
  • It cannot add information that is not recorded, and it needs current listing data.
  • The transcript on this page is illustrative, not a result from a real office.

Frequently asked questions

Will it quote the right price for my listings?

It answers from the price and availability recorded in your account and follows your office's price-display policy. If a value is missing it does not invent one; it asks for clarification or refers the question to staff. Keeping data current is the office's job.

Does it speak Saudi Arabic?

Yes, Eva speaks Saudi Arabic and English. That is not a claim to understand every Arabic dialect, so test her on real messages from your customers. See Eva.

Does it work on Instagram and TikTok?

Yes, direct messages and comments on both are available, with Eva switchable per channel. Voice messages are available on request.

What if the customer wants a person?

The chat goes to staff with the summary and the assistant can be paused in that conversation. See the handoff guide.

Is the number of leads limited?

Leads are never capped. Only AI conversations are limited, by plan. See pricing.
